Two advisers in a collaborative business meeting

Partner enquiries

Help your clients take a practical next step with AI.

If your clients are asking where AI could help, there may be a useful way for us to work together. We are inviting conversations with advisers, consultants, agencies and implementation firms about referrals and clearly scoped delivery collaboration.

We assess fit and agree responsibilities and commercial terms in writing before working together.

Who this could suit

  • Advisers and referral partners

You understand a client’s priorities and can make a relevant introduction. You want the client to receive a clear, appropriate next step without having to deliver every part of the work yourself.

  • Consultants and agencies

You already help businesses improve how they operate. AI discovery and adoption may complement your work when ownership, client communication and scope are clear.

  • Implementation firms and specialists

You bring relevant systems or workflow expertise. A defined part of a rollout may suit your capabilities, subject to access requirements, delivery standards and an agreed engagement.

Two roles to discuss

  • A qualified introduction

Introduce a business with a genuine need, a relevant decision-maker and permission to connect. Always Running can assess the opportunity, explain the offer and lead the next commercial conversation. Referral arrangements are agreed before introductions are treated as part of a partner arrangement.

  • Scoped collaboration

Discuss where your team could contribute to discovery, implementation or adoption. We agree which work each party owns, who communicates with the client and how delivery is contracted. Co-delivery is assessed opportunity by opportunity; it is not an automatic entitlement.

What makes a useful opportunity?

Start with a business problem rather than a list of tools. A useful introduction usually includes a recurring workflow, an executive sponsor or owner, relevant systems and a willingness to discuss the investment and change required.
  • A specific process or decision the business wants to improve.
  • Enough repeated digital work to make the evaluation worthwhile.
  • A person who can involve the right team and approve next steps.
  • Realistic access, timing and expectations.
  • Permission from the prospective client to make an introduction.

How a partnership could begin

  1. 01

    Tell us about your work

Share the kinds of clients you serve, your relevant expertise and whether you are interested in referrals, delivery collaboration or both.

  2. 02

    Review the fit together

We discuss the client needs, how our work might complement yours and any delivery or communication boundaries that matter.

  3. 03

    Agree the arrangement

Before proceeding, confirm responsibilities, opportunity ownership, confidentiality, delivery scope and commercial terms in writing. Do not assume a commission or reseller arrangement from submitting an enquiry.

  4. 04

    Prepare the handoff

Where we agree to work together, establish how introductions, qualification and updates will be handled. Any onboarding or enablement is confirmed as part of the arrangement.

  5. 05

    Start with a suitable opportunity

Bring forward an agreed, qualified opportunity with the client’s permission. Review what works before expanding the relationship.

Clear roles protect the client relationship

A useful partnership makes the next step easier for the client. We aim to be clear about who advises, who sells, who delivers and who remains accountable. An introduction does not mean a client has been accepted, a deal has been registered or an engagement has been agreed.

Partner FAQs

  • We are taking partner enquiries and assessing suitable ways to work together. The form starts a conversation; it does not enrol you in a programme or grant a partner status.

Tell us where you could add value.

A short overview is enough to begin. We will use it to assess whether a conversation about referrals or delivery collaboration makes sense.

This preview is not connected for enquiries. No information is sent.

Your enquiry will be used to review a potential working relationship. Submitting it does not create a partner agreement. A published privacy policy is not yet linked in this preview, so submission stays disabled.
