Implementation
Choose the support your rollout needs.
Three paths, one informed decision
1. Your team or your chosen provider
You keep the plan and choose how to use it. Implement with suitable tools, work with another provider or wait until the business is ready. Purchasing the Blueprint does not commit you to further work with us.
2. Walter with standard guided onboarding
If you subscribe to Walter, standard specialist-guided onboarding is included. We help you get started over a few days, then your team leads implementation. We agree what the initial guidance covers and where your team takes responsibility. Premium implementation is not required.
3. Optional premium implementation
Our team leads a scoped 90-day rollout with your participation. Together we agree the workflows, integrations, training, responsibilities and handover. Progress depends on access, technical feasibility, testing and readiness.
Premium implementation is indicatively US$20,000 total services, subject to scope. If you have already paid US$5,000 for the Blueprint, that payment is credited toward premium implementation, leaving US$15,000. Walter subscription and usage are additional.
What the first 90 days can look like
- 01
Days 1–30 — establish visibility and a useful first outcome
Set up executive context, permissions and governance early. Connect agreed tools, check the quality of available information and work toward useful briefs, dashboards or business analysis. Establish a first outcome that the business can inspect and accept. Readiness check: Are the sources relevant, permissions correct and results useful enough to continue?
- 02
Days 31–60 — test a small number of workflows
Define roles and pilot one or two agent workflows with human review. Test normal operation and exceptions, measure accepted work and understand the cost of running it. Readiness check: Does repeated use meet the agreed quality, review-effort and cost expectations?
- 03
Days 61–90 — expand what works
Introduce proven workflows to more of the team in stages. Provide training, assign ongoing owners and hand over responsibilities for use, review and improvement. Readiness check: Can people use the workflows confidently, and can the business measure their value?

Implementation FAQs
No. If the requirements are already clear, we can discuss the appropriate adoption route directly.
Standard provides initial guidance and leaves your team leading implementation. Premium is a separate engagement in which our team leads the agreed rollout with your team’s participation.
No. Those costs are additional and discussed before commitment. We separate services from recurring software and usage so the investment is clear.
No. The credit applies toward premium implementation. Standard onboarding is included with a Walter subscription and does not require premium services.
We use the agreed measures to decide whether to adjust it, narrow its scope, defer it or stop. Wider adoption should follow useful evidence, not just a date in the plan.
