Learning and enablement

Make learning part of the way your team adopts AI.

A new tool is only useful when people understand how to use it responsibly in their work. We are developing an approach to learning that connects business priorities, practical tasks and clear ownership.

Academy content and delivery are being developed. No course catalogue or certification is available from this page.

Two learning needs

  • Always Running Academy — understanding and adoption

Our planned agnostic learning approach focuses on recognising useful opportunities, choosing where to begin, reviewing results and supporting change. It is intended to help business teams make better AI decisions without tying every lesson to one product.

  • Walter Academy — learning through the work

The planned Walter learning approach is role- and task-based: understanding context, working within permissions, reviewing outputs and taking ownership of day-to-day use. Standard Walter onboarding includes guidance; the specific learning resources available are confirmed during scoping.

The questions learning should help answer

  • Which tasks are appropriate to try, and which need human judgment?
  • What information may be used, and who should have access?
  • How do we review an output before relying on it?
  • What should happen when a workflow is uncertain or fails?
  • How do we know whether a change is useful?

Tell us what your team needs

Let us know which roles you support and what people need to be able to do. That context helps us discuss suitable guidance and inform the learning approach as it develops.
