Colleagues mapping a business process together on a wall of notes

AI Business Blueprint

A practical AI plan, built around your business.

Understand which opportunities deserve attention, what they require and how to begin. Your Blueprint combines business discovery with a tailored 90-day roadmap and a customised Walter demonstration, presented together in a sixth one-hour presentation and closing call the following week, after five one-hour client calls during Blueprint week.

Five business days after agreed prework is complete and interviews are booked. A plan for adoption, not a promise of production deployment in five days.

What you leave with

  • Your priorities, in order

A ranked opportunity assessment grounded in your goals, workflow volume, constraints and ability to implement change.

  • A clearer picture of the work

Process maps showing how priority work runs today, where it slows down and who needs to be involved.

  • A roadmap your team can use

A 30/60/90-day sequence with owners, dependencies, access needs and measures of success.

  • Options and assumptions made explicit

Suitable tools and approaches, expected benefits and the assumptions that need testing. The plan remains useful beyond any one platform.

  • A tailored Walter demonstration

A demonstration shaped by your discovery information, so you can assess Walter in the context of your business. Demonstrated possibilities are distinguished from workflows that still need configuration and testing.

Five focused business days

  1. 01

Before day one — prepare together

Complete the agreed questionnaire, provide appropriate background information and book the necessary interviews. We agree the scope and your team’s involvement before the engagement begins.

  2. 02

Day 1 — understand the business

Leadership kickoff and audit: goals, systems, constraints, priorities and a usable baseline for the work in scope.

  3. 03

Day 2 — map the workflows

Department interviews and process mapping: how the work moves, where it slows down, who owns it and what information it needs.

  4. 04

    Day 3 — agree priorities

Review the opportunities with the sponsor. Choose the most useful starting points and make the trade-offs explicit.

  5. 05

Day 4 — build the plan and demonstration

Assess solution options, develop the business case and sequence the roadmap. Prepare a Walter demonstration using what we learned about your use case.

  6. 06

Day 5 — complete your plan

The fifth one-hour client call completes the working week. Your agnostic 90-day strategy is ready at the end of five business days.

  7. 07

Following week — present and decide

A sixth one-hour presentation and closing call brings together your plan, customised Walter demo, implementation choices and scoped next steps. You keep the plan whether or not you proceed with Walter.
